why would people do that if it was for free wouldn't it be bad.... and come on not all Asians are flat chested and even if we are why do the surgery are they that desperate why not keep what we have? just an opinion=]
i think is because they have low self esteem. They feel more confident with their "looks" after having surgery
i dont like boob jobs it confuses me, because the cell morphology kinda mimic breast cance, silicone leakage cuases palpable lumps and reaction in the axillary lymph nodes. in breat reduction, the sutrue causes focal fat necrosis and fibrosis of mamary parenchyma that affects the breast ducts so it is harder to breast feed

NO. I would not do it even for free. Have you heard of the saying "no free lunch"? Fact is, nothing is free in this world. There must be some condition attached to it. Plus your boob size are natural and the way you are meant to have them. Perhaps you should look at it from a better point of view. Love them yourself first. And lotsa complications pop up if the surgery went bad...
