If u we're really unhappy with it. The best thing to do would be to talk it out first with the people in charge and if they refuse to understand (talk to them in person btw) then i would quit. A jobs really not suppose to torture u and since ur not happy that job isn't something i would want to do for a prolonged amount of time or else i would go crazy :p

lol Hmm, I could get arrested for doing that.. I'd rather not, that wouldn't look good on my resume.>.<

haha. I know someone that did that. All that happened to him was he got fired. After he did that, the next day he called and apologised to the guy that he beat up (face all bruised up). No charges laid, because they used to be friends.

Thing is, if you are planning to quit anyways, you might as well let them know DEplomaticly the problems in the area. That way, when you quit they can't say why didn;t you speak up before. Anyways, it might help the company in efficiency and all the nice words if you do it dEPLOMATICLY.-rockon

Sounds pretty bad. If pay is not good and you don't enjoy the job much I would resign.

this sounds like a dead end job where you don't learn much and no future. You should get out and not waste time to find something better. There is a chinese saying "out with the old and in with the new" You will find something much better once you leave. So don't worry too much.

Focus on the area/industry you want to work in and start appying. you never know you might get the job.

    -noclue Ummm..No.

I've learned abit, but for the most part, it's not really a career-type job or a job with advancement (at least not in my dept.).. There are people that have been working there for over 15 years, and I'm not even there for a year yet and ready to move on..lol I know I'll get something better, well, I hope I will lol. Thank you for being so positive! :D :D

Ahhh!! Today was sad!!-down lol I sent in my two weeks resignation two weeks ago and today was my last day... Everyone was sad, including me, to a certain extent. Anyway, thank you Toby, the position that I interviewed for, the department needed someone to start then and there practically, but I promised my former employer two weeks and I had to honour that, so ooo well, I'm still hunting for a job but I think I will relax just a little and enjoy not waking up at 5:30am to get to work..:p
