if you are refering to the pic, it actually a hox. It was initally a art work which portrays a rumor to somthing or another. The baby is actually duck meat made into the shape of a baby. So it is not true that chinese eat 'babies'. The international police actually got involved and found this to be the case.
EH, I'm sure you're confused with the article or trying to protect the taiwanese, but the article does say that a guy from taiwan is the one eating while China is the supplier. Both are equally bad but I doubt the authenticity of this article. there seems to be alot of parts where it sounds fake.
