Yeah i heard they will come up with the new CPU with 65nm technology. Hopefully everything the heat problem will be solved. I own a PS3 for now, the only reason for me not owning an Xbox is this problem. Just my two cents.
It depends on what you prefer ... Wii is more phyisical, more for family type, fun and a completely different console -It's in s different aspect of gaming when you compare it to the PS3 or 360.... Graphics are nowhere as good as the 360 or PS3's Good graphics, you would have to settle for the PS3, but 360 is really close. PS3's lack of games is little disappointing,.. The fight between HD and Blu-Ray will continue for ages, At the end of the day it comes down to your budget and your likes/dislikes/needs for either of the 3.
PS3 is now more competitive with this pricing. Some versions of PS3 is not entirely backward compatible with PS2. Anyway, the newer games have awesome graphics, a good reason to buy.
i know ima getting a ps3 and a wii. they have old school games and they have a variety of games. the only games that 360 have that ps3, wii, and the pc don't have is halo3. why would i buy a system that offers one game, no wifi, breaks every second, over heats, features old technology, and cost more than every system? 360 is for racists people who don't like japanese companies. halo 3 is not even a new game, if it was then how come it doesn't even have a storyline and why the graphics look the same as 1 and 2? microsoft is just a rich company who has too much money and nothing to do with it.
Although i have a ps3, i don't agree with your thought on halo 3. i thought the game was quite good. and halo3 will be released on the pc in like 1 or 2 years, so its not exclusive to the 1 console. also, currently the ps3 in UK is around £100 more than a 360. but still think that ps3 is better just needs more games
wii first then after the ps3 drop price will buy tat too... xbox360......can do without....the games can play better on a souped up pc which i am currently building =p
I guess it's old news (that SONY's going to slash the price for PS3)... But I guess it's the launch date which mattered right? Personally I think it's too little too late, and taking out backward compatibility? BAD idea. PS3 fans would have bought PS3 regardless of the price slash, and right now the price still isn't competitive enough given the amount of good games on PS3 (not nearly enough for such an expensive console)... But who knows, I am sure a lot of people can't wait to drop a few hundred for a Christmas present... -unsure
2008 is the year for PS3. Judging on what Microsoft showed for their 08 year (basically nothing). It will give a chance for the PS3 to bounce back with their new releases. But not enough to surpass the 360. -sweat
i wana get a VR matrix system so i can bend time and fly about an watnot, better than PS3 and xbox imo
