LOL @ the big fuss. 1) This group was created as a spinoff and as a diff't approach. It does not BAR any other new groups from having plastic surgery. When contractual agreements end, it doesn't prevent members from getting surgery. 2) There is no big fuss either, a lot of the girls have transformations b4, during and after. In the end, this is a business, and success has no boundaries, therefore, companies will do whatever they can to pump out successful groups.
The music industry is extremely controlled and extremely marketed in a controlled matter. The fan base and money is geared towards groups. There's hardly any real 'build' in singing for any group. A lot of it is presentation, otherwise, they would've went solo already. The market is just diff't.
