Yeah, shark meat is nice if you cook it right. But the sharks that you harvest the fins from are grown sharks, and of a different species, so I don't think they sell the meat. The shark meat that we eat come from a different species of shark...smaller ones.

hmm it taste like fish.. but without the fishy smell.. not so much.. something like chicken... but a little softer.. but definately not as soft as fish...
Not very expensive. Maybe cos there's not much demand for shark meat. Where I stay, it's fish like fresh salmon, tuna and cod that cost a hand and a leg

Nah...I think the people haven't discovered that it can be eaten, so there's no demand, that's why no sales. But it's nothing special or exotic la, you're not missing anything
