i don't have preference for any of them, cause i like all of them. if someone was paying the bill then i go for whichever is most expensive.

lol?? a bit selfish.. -unsure i think bao yui is more expensive.. if your eating the whole thing by yourself. Yui chi is only a soup.. it wouldn't be that expensive.. but i know you can buy some small bao yui that are really cheap! -ann

^Yeah, the small ones are much cheaper...my mom uses those to make soup. She saves the bigger ones for proper dishes...

Well, no point arguing right. As long as they're not doing any harm to the sharks...

Those are not baby bao yu, dear. Merely a different species of smaller, but mature bao yu. Baby bao yu don't have enough flavour to be dried and preserved.

Of all the journals I have read, I have yet to read a single academic articles about the declining population of abalones. In fact I couldn't care less if it is a baby or whatnot (of an abalone) even though I KNOW for a fact that various size of abalones are variety of species, not the maturity of it.

Just because YOU don't know the abalones of various size are fully grown abalones of various species does not mean that is the fact.

Check your facts before you cry your melodramatic sobs. Or better yet, save it.

Talk about hypocripsy, you KNOW those so-called "vermicelli" come from a dead shark and you PRETEND that you don't know... You cheated no one but yourself.

Here's a "一頭鮑" (yut tou bao). Roughly over $140 CDN each.
