Sharkfin and abalone, i cant choose between them =( they're both so nice!! and taste amazing =D very had to resist
I love sharkfin soup, and abalone. We used to catch ourselves when the season is open for catching. But now too lazy to get up early as the time for catching is 7a.m.-8a.m. and on Sunday only during that 4 weeks of catching season. Secondly the wave is too strong and the water is too cold. Life is more precious.
My preference has to be abalone, shark fins and bird's nest in this order but I definitely can eat abalone everyday if can afford.
