Zune or Ipod?

Well, I am sure some Zune fans would beg to differ

But me? I am for iPod~ ALL THE WAY.

 

ive seen the zune in person and it looks like a blocky piece of sh..... literally...

 

I did and found it really *beep* hm, not nice too. But it seems like it's somewhat popular (with the help of a VERY extensive marketing campaign) in the US.

I really don't know why i got it... guess I wanted to be different. I have to say the Zune isn't that pile of crap as everyone is saying it is.
Ok, so its bigger and heavier by how much??? Its .3 inches taller and less than an ounce heavier. Oh,noes my pocket is going to burst and my hand will go numb!!11!
right...
I walk around school with this thing and the first thing people notice was the gnormous screen, its huge compare to the ipod, the interface is just as if not even more awesome than the ipod. The way it set up it doesn't need a click wheel.
I don't really care for the wifi or sharing capabilities whatsoever but I'm sure others do...
Overall I think it a great piece of hardware that just being bashed by all those loyal apple fanboys. give the thing a chance

 

^ Nice, finally someone throw in the Zune perspective of the argument.

However, I got my Pod before Zune's out, so at this point in time I don't need a new one yet. But if I needed a new one, probably will still go for a shuffle just because it's small. The thing is that Apple covered nearly all user group with the 3 class of iPods: Shuffle, nano and iPod. So unless there's something terribly wrong happened to the design, I will still get a Pod just on the anti Microsoft principle.

 

i like the colour options for the zune, the 'poopy brown' color really sold me. But right now im using a 4th generation ipod, and until it breaks i wont even think about getting a new mp3 player. Although, my experience with my ipod has suggested it is both rugged and durable, so i will probably buy one again. I'm lookin forward to the next gen of ipod with a large touchscreen and wifi capability - an outlet for my elite Haxxor skillz.

 

@Knoc: I would have thought Zune had the geek appeal But I guess Apple totally sold us to the geek but hip trend.
